Dear Mr. Matteo: I wanted to take a minute to compliment you on one of your employees. I was having a minor problem with my computer but not something I could fix myself. I phoned your company and was lucky enough to get Chris. He was very patient, kind and polite and when a person is worried that their system may be ruined, his demeanor is very helpful. I really appreciated it. You seem to have a knack for hiring because "Gizmo" was a good guy too. Any time I have a friend who has a problem, I always recommend them to your shop. To Whom it May Concern: 05/2006 I want to extend a special Thank You to Chris & Kristin who helped me "fix" my PC.
